    Longboard Louie's has been a long time Central Oregon favorite. Originating on Bend's West side, Louie's has been serving up Socal Mexican style food for years. In its essence, it had a homey, funky feel, in a small space that gave it its appeal. After a long successful run on Bend's West side, they expanded to the East side near Pilot Butte and Costco.

    From Highway 97 South (northbound) - Take a right onto Wilson Ave. There will be a Del Taco on your right. Continue on past Vince Genna Stadium, across the rail road tracks. You'll find Country Catering Co on the corner of SE 9th St and Wilson Ave.

    From East Highway 20 - Drive west, and continue around and past Pilot Butte State Park. Take a left on NE 8th St and continue past Juniper Park. Continue through the NE Franklin Ave roundabout in the same direction, and NE 8th St will turn into NE 9th St. You'll past Woodland Pond Park on your right. Three blocks down you'll come to the corner of SE Wilson Ave and NE 9th St. Country Catering Co. will be on your left.

    From SE 15th St - Turn onto Wilson Ave from from SE 15th St. It will be the only possible turn onto Wilson Ave from 15th St, so depending on your direction... The turn is right by Ponderosa Park. Continue down Wilson Ave and Country Catering Co. will be on your right at the intersection of 9th St and Wilson Ave.

    About the McKay Cottage
    Constructed in 1916, the McKay Cottage was home to Bend pioneers Clyde and Olive McKay. This craftsman-style bungalow was originally located along Mirror Pond near downtown Bend and served as the boyhood home of Oregon Senator Gordon McKay. During the late 1980’s, the McKay house was moved to its present location on O.B. Riley Road across from the Deschutes River where it has since been restored to its original quiet grandeur.
